Default Porsche Powerboat for sale

Hi,

look what I found today on the german mobile.de :

http://mobile.de/SIDRkf.TM2cBr9gOasb...1111229702491&

As I can remember there was a discussion going on about that boat.

I am not in need cause I am happy with my shark, but if there is a collector out there...

Cheers
Stefan

There is some relation between how expensive the item is and how ****ty the pictures in the ad are.

I'd love to get a look at the engines. That boat would be a perfect match for my car...

Which one?? It appears that there is a different trailer in each photo.

But I do agree that the one that appears to be made for it is very cool..

Twin Mercruiser Mag 454 if i'm correct.

It seems that two were build. One with the Mercruisers and one with twin 928 S4 marine engine (non-turbos).

I'm guessing they'd have to go with fresh water cooled. I don't think the Aluminum blocks would last long otherwise. They probably wouldn't either way in the salt air, would they?

It'd still be cool looking in there and seeing a couple of Porsche V8s in there though.

A quick size comparison of the boat next to the Cayenne tells me that the boat is approx 20-25 feet. And this thing has two engines with Volvo duo-prop drives --- its gotta move!

I think it's 26 or 28ft. The new series starts at 28ft but is Viper V-10 powered.
