yea having placed the engine at 45deg would have been better, had I read something somewhat related to timing belt replacement! LOL!

I just jumped in with both feet and started tearing things apart!! Its pretty straight forward or so I thought!

It appears from your comments that no valve damage has occured and none will as long as I don't start spining the engine.

Worst case I could drop in a Chevy!! just kidding
