HVAC vacuum schematic (eco/auto/bi)

Does anyone have a vacuum schematic of the automatic HVAC controller (eco/auto/bi)? I can't find it in the workshop manuals.

I found all the info in a 928 Climate Control System pub 1980, not in the WSM.
