How come nobody has jumped on this car yet?
The price seems good for a 5 spd.

It appears that this shark may have had some front end damage. The pictures show the front as being slightly lighter in color than the rest of the car. It also could be just the way the photo was taken w/the curvature of the front fender- Any Hoot - She looks clean for 122k miles. 10k fair price.
Maybe someone could run a carfax?

I saw this car at Sharks in the Park. A real beauty. Now I didn't pick it apart as I would if I was interested in buying it, but it was in excellent condition. Everything looked perfect. In the light there, it appeared to be all the same color - the front matched the rest of the car. I don't think any part of that car has ever been repainted, but the paint is in excellent condition. The interior is in perfect condition. The back windows are tinted pretty dark, as well as the hatch glass but I was able to peek in around the front seats. I never did see under the hood, so I can't comment on that.
But in my opinion it looks like a steal for 10k . <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />

Do you guys remember who was the owner of the car? First name is good enough. I only remember one blue one from Sacramento, but that was Mike's concourse winning automatic...
Seth: Are you trying to start a collection of red/black 928 GT or GTS models? Your signature says you are still looking...

I don't know who the owner was but this car was parked on the far side of Mark and Susan's "whale" and some of the rude wedding guest's cars. It was waaaaaayyyy at the end. I'm sure a lot of people didn't even see it.

Last I checked, still no bids. I think people are afraid that if they go look they will have to listen to his life story. He put about half of it in the ad. Can't be any other reason, the cars looks super. Seriously, when I was looking, I was skittish. Saw a beauty on ebay. Was talking to the owner several times. Everything seemed right. I cancelled once, looked at another car, then dealt with the mint one again, when I was going to see it, post ebay, not reaching reserve; he said it had a pre-paid service appointment the following week at dealer to replace a turnsign lens and retension belt. The auction was past, and still the car isn't ready to pick up?? I bought the car I have now. Still wondering if it was really as advertised.

Ahahahaha, Rick, SL8GT, just won that car, and my dad was bidding on it... ROFL... My dad just decided about 3 minutes ago, on the phone with me telling him to buy it, that he wants an S4 5 speed instead of his GTS 5 speed since he's not so hardcore about 928s... Lol, thats too funny... Hey Rick! You bought my dad's car! Hahahahaha...
