immobilisor wiring
Hello
I am in the process of trying to reconnect my immobilisor, i wondered if
anyone would have a wiring diagram.
Immobilisor (under pasenger seat)
Part No 928 618 260 00.
I believe the part is from a 928 but i have it in a 964 euro spec.
Any help would be appreciated

from the part number this looks like its the alarm control unit..the parts fiche just calls it a control unit. If its the alarm control unit, it's got around 20 or 24 terminals If it's correct, I can give you the wiring info. Let me know what you need or I may be able to get a copy of the sheet and mail it to you or do it in a couple of scans you can piece together.

Yes it has a jack point at the back of the unit with roughly the number of wires you describe. If you could send me the wiring diagram i would be really grateful, myself and another 964 owner are having embarassing alarm problems that are identical.
You can either email me it as an attachment to robert.mcconnell@db.com or fax it to me on 010 44 1534 886889 (that includes the int dialing code you need). I have a friend who is an electrical engineer and he has agreed to check it out for me.
