Already replaced the timing belt, motor mounts and it still vibrates at 2900-3100 rpm, and then goes away at higher revs. Does same moving or in park. Could it be: Vibration Dampner, electronic, timing?
Almost out of $$ and ideas.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Yes, it could be the vibration damper. It could also be poor mixture due to a multitude of things. I would start by verifying that you do not have any vaccum leaks. This does not cost much $$$. Then their are thinks like air flow sensors and throttle position sensors.
All disclaimers apply, I am more farmillar with the 944 line.
