Howdy,
I posted about a week ago that I had spotted a very nice looking black 928 (unsure of MY - we were both probably going too fast
and nobody here seemed to know who it might be.
Today I see another one - on the SAME stretch of road, a gold one, again unsure of MY, but it looked like at least an S4. I waved and he pulled in to Eckerd, but my wife had somewhere to be and made me move along, "I am not standing in a parking lot for an hour while you talk about water belts and time pumps with some other manchild..." I dropped her at the house and went back, but alas, he was gone.
Anybody here?
Are these cars making a sudden comeback? After years of not seeing one (and I have always been a P-Car spotter), I have seen two 928s in my neighborhood recently. Never anywhere else, save SITM. More 944s, a 924 in need of the Ol Yeller treatment, and the local Volvo mechanic is now driving a 968. What gives?
We need to start a Robinson Road Shark Society - I have a bar!
