Post Engine Wiring problem / Info

Hi

I have mixed up a couple of connections on my 928 engine

I need to know the colour of the wires that go to the cold start valve and the WUR as I may hvae mixed these up

its a 1982 Euro 928S

what I have is

one connector has 2 wires, red/white and brown
one connector has 3 wires yellow yellow and brown and the last one has 3 wires which are green, brown/yellow and yellow

As they all emerge from the same area I am a little stuck

When I was sorting out the connectons a couple of the not so sticky labels fell off and I cannot remember where they go
Any help appreciated

Thanks
Paul

Thermoswitch for the cold start valve has brown/yellow, yellow, brown.

Cold start valve has brown/yellow and yellow.

Warmup regulator and supplementary air valve both have red/white and brown.

The only green wire that I know of is on the ignition control box, which does not have any yellow wires.

Hi

Thanks, I have fitted the two units with the red/white and brown - no problem - thanks Wally

I am still left with two units that have 3 wires each , one has 2 x yellow and one brown/yellow so I put this on the thermoswitch as it reaches and the other one is too short but this leave the one to the cold start as a 3 wire connector which has 1 x yellow 1 x green and yellow/brown

Will check it out in the morning to see how it runs

If anyone has seen this combination I would appreciate the info on these two connections

Thanks

Paul
