At my last DE there was a PCA memo; starting next year (date not given) 5 and 6 point harnesses will not be allowed with seats that don't have openings for the shoulder harness straps. I would like to keep my comfortable seats. Can the seatback be modified? Rob? Paul?

Nope - they'll probably require an FIA certification. Do a search on the racers forum - they've covered this in detail and also explain why.

Tony is running a set of great looking seats and has the required holes for the belts but I am not sure if they are certified
