You need to determine why you do not have power to the computers (and apparently a section of the board). I believe there have been reports of board with wires that have melted or shorted together causing several problems, but then again it could just be bad grounds.

disconnect the battery remove the CE panel while your looking at the back of the board look up and see if the bottom of the blower box has telltale signs of water leking, it will be evident , if so then you should also consider repairing the seal on the bottom of the B/Box To the Ce panel look for melted wires or a wire that may have been pushed out from messing with your fuses and relays, any relay that look like has gotten wet or has dirty pinsould be opened to see internal condition also check the hot post connection and open up the back of the 14 pin connector look for broken insulation and corroded pins Hot post is under the hood on passenger side next to top of shock mount

Does your horn honk? If so, as Jim said, swap the horn relay (#12) with the LH relay (#25). The statement you made about not having any power on the #42 fuse but still having the pump work is odd.

Just a review on my issues:

Problems: Car stalled 6 times while in traffic at idle, immediate restart, I drove it 6 miles parked the car and now it will not start.

Checked:

No power to LH and EZK check done on connectors.

Car turns over

Fuel pressure gauge tester indicates 39 Lb’s when motor is turned over.

Relay XXII strap shows 12v when key is on.

Fuses 20-29 power with key off

Fuses 01-29 power with key on

Fuses 29-45 no power with key on or off.

No rust, loose wires or ground issues behind fuse/relay panel nice and clean.

Fabio

Not sure what you mean, I have replaced relays , pulled the panel, checked the connections, checked the grounds, measured the power on main buss. Have you ever pulled this panel looks like a rats nest I am going to tone back the fuses and see where the power stops. Sure seems like a relay but I pulled the new ones out and put in the old one's and still no power. I know it must be something simple, thought it was the alarm and the site said it was up under the glove compartment, not so. So it maybe the alarm but I need to find the module but no one has provided any real step by step help in this matter.

Have you tried measuring the relay pins or just simply jumping all the relays that can casue this?

As for bypassing the factory alarm, I remember seeing treads on it in the past.

Pulled all thr relays put it on my bench and they all work:
I have found the following installed:

On/Off switch in glove box never made a diff on or off when the car worked.

Found after market Glass Brakage detector with Led the Led has never been on since I owned the car: Harrison Glass Brakage

Found after market alarm Crime stoppers RS-100 wired in

Car would honk horn sometimes when I previously open the door had to relock and unlock to stop.

I need to see if this alarm could be the problem if you remember a previous post my relay shorted out I think it was relay 7 XIV starter relay it put power to the computers with key off. Once I replaced it car started fine and ran up to now.

Makes me wonder if this alarm is shorted shutitng things down, any idea which replay to jump to bypass this?

Yup. See what does and doesn't get power when the iginiton is on. You could have good relays but if they never get power, they will not do anything.

I don't knwo how to dissable the alarm but remember seeing posts about it last year. Try a search.

Can you explain to me why the following work with no power to the fuses with key on?

The wipers, horn, lights high and low, dash lamps, radio and air blower all work.
Alarm ????????????????
