Cruise was bad to SITM and back. I troubleshot it today using the WSM. The actuator engine +/- signals read 1300+ ohms vs 2-6 ohms. Motor probably bad. I don't know if I can rebuild it. Does anyone have a good used one they can sell me? WSM page 27-23 has the procedure to check it out.
