I heard yesterday of someone that installed hi volume small electric fans in the intake tubes ("similar to tornado fans" that go on computer cpu's)....claimed he got "noticable" improvement.

I think your referring to a guy around Detroit. Greg installed a bilge pump in each air intake tube. I can call him tonight to see if he still hits the boards. I know he just bought his wife a nice 911, and he also just acquired a Lotus. Not sure if he still pops in on here.
