Since the last several meetings have been in Oakland County, Dennis and I figure that we ought to get the far-west-siders a chance.

For those interested, this is the preliminary info from Milan Dragway.

We would love to have your group out. There are two options....One you can do a track rental for your group and do test and tune or test then do a race. They are a 3 hour minimum and cost $250 per hour for the first 15 cars. Each 15 car increment is an additional $50 per hour. So 16-30 cars is $300 per hour, 31-45 is $350 per hour and so on. There are no additional charges for spectators they are all included. This price includes all the help necessary to run a race including the ambulance and EMT's...
We do track rentals on weekdays and evenings except for Weds. and Fri. evenings we have our own races then. We also do Saturday morning rentals but they get booked very quickly. I am taking information right now for booking track rentals but I can not actually book any yet until our track schedule is complete which should be any time now.
Second option would be for you to come in as a group on one of our testing or race days and get a discount as a group to run. I am not sure which option you are interested in. If you do it this way the cost for testing is usually $20 per racer and $10 per spectator and based on the number of people you have coming we could work out a discount on that pirce! Let me know what you are interested in and if it is a track rental what day you are looking for!

We will be opening the first weekend in April. Please call me after your meeting if you are looking for a Saturday track rental. These book up very quickly...
If you are doing a track rental we require a $250 deposit when booking the date. The rest is payable on the day of the event.
We do follow all IHRA rules. If a car is running quicker than 13.99 they do require a helmet. We do rent them in the tower if anyone shows up without one and needs one!
