Post Heater controls

I was doing some trouble shooting on the cheap stereo installed by PO. After putting everything back, the fan would not work. Checked fuse, swapped out relay with horn relay, still no fan. I pulled the heater control (with the 2 sliders) out a bit farther and I only see the large female connector on the left side of fan control, is there another electrical connection and where would it be?
Also, I managed to unintentionally disconnect a few of the colored hoses, at least 1 green and 1 orange, and I can't figure out where they go back. Seems like all the green connect to 1 "block", but not sure. Does anyone have a simple instruction/picture as to "this hose goes there, this hose goes there" I have checked some of the archives and have a few possibilities, but would appreciate any help.
Car ran super before, seriously doubt there are any vacuum leaks.

Don't know if it's what you need, but I sent you an email. I have mine out for other reasons and can take a picture if you want/need.

Thanks Anthony, I got the e-mail and it did give me a few clues. A picture would be great.

Up and running, thanks Anthony, pic's were a great help.
BTW, the blower stopped working also, so I checked fuse 17 and relay, both OK, checked all connections on rear of HVAC contol, all OK, checked the large connector to the fan, and it too was OK. I went back to basics, ie the fuses and noticed that an 8A fuse was also gone, I think # 8 or 9...I was so happy to see this that I forgot to count the #. Anyway, changed out the fuse and now the blower works again. My question is, I checked all the posts, and fuse chart on 928gt.com, and don't see any reference to a 2nd fuse for the blower, did I miss something, or has someone got creative with my wiring?
