Inj and Maf wiring testing?

You should not have a short to ground on the injectors. It is pin 13 of the LH that grounds the injectors for the desired time.
Each injectors is about 16ohms, so all 8 in parallel should be about 2 ohms.

I think I'm going to order the inj connectors and boots do I need a 90 Degree, the 37MM or 57 MM boot? I do see two bare wires on Cyl 4 and 8 and suppose others may have issues as well. Would it be an advantage to order the $28.00 crimping toll?

Pulled all boots off and found 4 wires bare and showing, I seperated the wires and have a clean signal to pin 13 of the LH now; before Pin 13 was grounded to frame.
My ? is on the red wire with stripe that is the 12v source I am getting a 5.5 Ohm to ground with LH and Ezk and fuse 42 removed. This does not seem correct sould I not have an infinite reading?

IIRC the 12v is a switched source from a relay, so should be open circuit to ground. The pin 13 side of the injectors will also be open circuit to ground when not connected to the LH ECU.
The O2 sensor also appears to be fed from the same 12v supply - try disconnecting that an see if the low reistance to ground goes.

Removed the large round connector to Ox sensor still grounded, removed the two pin connector to Ox sensor ground is now lifted.
I assume this was the 12Volt pathway to ground for my 12 Volts. So now I will wait to get my new Injector Connectors and pray.
Thanks very much for your help!

Im hoping somebody can help me with this, similar issue. I just finished my intake redo and I have what appears to be a cylinder missfire, idles fine but the moment I give her gas she accerlerates very poorly and shakes? How do I find the misfire and pin down if 1 of my injectors is not working?

What year?
If you remove a plug wire at a time untill you see no change that should let you know which inj or plug or wire is the issue.
My Inj connections looked fine till I removed the rubber covers and found 4 out of five showing bare wires. Just moving them since the rebuild caused this issue.
