Default Paint removal

What is the best method to remove paint from the bumper cover, chemicals, blast media, sand paper or heat? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I used a DA sander but the best way was media blaster, then refinish as per soft surface instructions and i used Glasurit base/clear with a medium build clear

A DA sander will take hours (if not, days) to remove all of the paint. And they can't even get into small areas, so you will do much of the sanding by hand. Chemicals are risky as they can damage the plastic. In addition, they don't work too well on catalyzed paints. I have to agree with Mrmerlin that media blasting is the way to go. I stripped my rear bumper with a cheapo sand blaster from Sears. The only catch is that it takes a staggering amount of material to completely strip it if you don't have a way to recover and recycle the media. I think I used over 100lbs of aluminum oxide and glass bead on my rear. Don't know how much the front will require. These bumpers are incredibly soft and it is imperative that you follow the instructions of the paint maker exactly when it's time to refinish. All have specific instructions for plastic refinishing that deviate considerably from the process for refinishing hard materials. I'm a fan of Glasurit as well.
