Default Warning lights

I have a 1983 928 that I bought over a year ago and I have in storage since then. I am trying to figure out what needs to be repaired beforeit goes for the state inspection. As far as I can tell I have a couple of burned out light bulbs and the horns are in-op. Then there are the warning lights that are flashing:
On the Temp and Fuel gauge there is the "Stop Light", on the Oil Pressure and Voltage gauge there is the "Brake PR" warning, and between the Tach and the Speedo there is a large ! inside a red light. There is another warning light on the console above the radio also with the ! inside the red warning light. What do all these warnings mean?
I'd appreciate your help figuring out these warning lights as I don't have the owners manual.
Thanks for your help.
