Default Big Red Brembos - rotor upgrade required?

Haven't tried fitting them to my car yet, and the rotors on the '87 I picked up (see thread below re: insane deal) might need to be replaced. Will the big reds from 928 International fit on my stock 88 S4 rotors? The rotors on my 88 are pretty recent, though not sure of their exact age. If they need to be replaced sooner than later, to me, it's a moot issue. But even still, at that point, what are my options for rotors to go with the big reds?

TIA

Since the bigger calipers sit out farther from the spindle you need bigger rotors and with bigger rotors must run 17 inch wheels...

No prob there... 18"s are almost ready; waiting for tires

So what are my rotor options? Slotted vs. cross drilled vs. solid?

You can use ventilated GTS for a bit over $200 each or cast hole ventilated rotors for a bit under $200 each there are no solid rotors.
