Default Broken bolt on head connecting bypass valve!

It was finally bound to happen I broke a bolt removing the Heater by pass Valve assembly. I have a 1/4 inch or less poking out and been soaking it with PCB Blaster. Looks like the bolt has rust on it due to coolant dripping and it may cause me to remove my hood. I want to tackle this tomorrow anyone have a fool proof way on how to get this out.

The best way for easy removal is to mig a slightly larger nut to the protrusion.

if you dont have a MIG try draining coolant from the block then with hammer give the bolt a few good taps, then with a torch and wet rags placed everywhere around bolt head and a fire extinguisher handy heat the side of the head adjacent to the bolt , spray in some PB blaster, take a 2 min breather repeat this a few times then if you can get a small set of vice grips on the bolt heat the head again and try to work the bolt back and forth, it should come out
