Default Weight of 16V Head

Can anyone tell me what they weight of a 16v head would be. They have no cams or cam boxes. I may be buying some and I'm trying to figure out the shipping.

Thanks,

With or without the weight of the well built wood crate that they should be shipped in?

Good point. I'll settle for the weight of the head for now and work off of that.

Thanks
