Absolutely stunning. I envy you!

The only thing you might consider for the future is to replace the vinyl on your upper door panels with leather. But if the car spends significant time in the sun, that might be counterproductive.

Anwyay, it's awesome. Great work, Paul!!!

Jim Nice Work!...

However - although the BK extinguisher mount is simply fantastic (!!) - their Porsche seat mounting bracket is crap IMHO...

I think you will be dissapointed - its fixed to the front of the non-movable rails - and unless your seat is all the way forward will look really quite wierd...

I think they designed it one afternoon after some heavy drinking at lunch...

See... https://rennlist.com/forums/showthre...eferrerid=6055

I'd recommend fabbing a bracket yourself to the movable part of the seat - its work for sure ... but can be done and the results are much better. See my previous posts and what Sharkskin did (Dave did a very nice job!). Maybe checkout the Stable Energies mounts too...

Given how great the rest of your interior is... I think you will care...

Alan

Jim,

looks even better than I imagined

I'm really happy about those door inserts. Ties everything together quite nicely.
I forgot how clean your interior is makes me want to keep my door closed

The nets on the back of the seats are just for looks. I've always liked the look on other cars and I've also thought the backs of the stock 928 seats were to plain. The nets in the doors are for my water bottle (NO cup holders for me!) on trips and PCA tours. All four nets are from a late model Mercedes, the net retainers on the doors are also Mercedes parts.

Jim,

Wow... until I saw your interior I thought that the best interior I have seen was in that dark green low mileage car that everyone was going crazy over a while back, but not anymore.

Your car is fabulous looking. Simply incredible. It is the best advertising for Paul's work and how Porsche meant the 928 to be viewed I have ever seen.

Hot damn.
You'll justify every penny every time that you settle into those seats.
Looks like you've also solved the 'lack of bass' that our cars suffer from.

That is a very nice interior - the car should have come from the factory like that including your rear seat delete. Have fun
