Porsche coolant type
I've seen several of the oil discussions here that included references or information on Porsche approved engine oils. It may be old news, but today is the first time that I've seen a coolant type specifically mentioning use in a Porsche. The following chart indicates that for up to 1996 model year Porsches the G-05 type coolant should be used, and the Dex-Cool type used for model year Porsches after 1996.

Zerex also mentions Porsche in the video they have.

Zerex G-05 or Mercedes labeled coolant (which is a variation of G-05).

Someone has confused Randy today.
And yes, Zerex G-05 is my choice.

Race Car
Porsche probably specifies something else in their newer cars, but for me it's Zerex G-05 all the way. You can't go wrong with that stuff.
