That SCer pulley needs to be much much smaller!

Not if he cuts a hole in the hood! The large pulley has more surface than yours and reduces belt slippage.

I believe this is the first setup, he has reduced pulley size since then...

One interesting thing is the channels to service the sparkplugs!

I believe you could incorporate a IC in the valley like the 32V kits, that is maybe what he is doing next?
