I came across a very sweet Gaurds Red 1987 928S4 AT today when cruising through the Vero Beach Florida car show today. First one I ever found actually entered in this annual car show.

Talked to the owner and he said he bought it a few months ago from an attorney in Jacksonville, Florida. The car is in fantastic condition for having 103,XXX miles. It has turbo twist wheels, silver powder coated intake, crossmember, valve covers, new radiator, like new steering wheel, Momo shifter, 928 Intl black RMB, new plug wires and a remarkably clean interior with very little wear showing on the drivers seat. One passerby guessed the mileage at 20K!

I met another 928er, Dave Kelly, who was perusing the car show and told him about the 928. We then spent probably a good hour talking to the owner. We told him about Rennlist and this 928 Forum. Hope he comes aboard. He also has owned other ecletic cars the last being a Lotus Esprit.

While we were talking to the owner many people came by to say how much they liked the 928 and how it was a great car. Over heard more than a couple people explaining the car's attributes to their companions and they were very good with the facts. It seems these cars have a very good awareness to them.

If you were the prior owner of the red 928S4 it is in good hands now.
