Default Dont want to start trouble but i think I have been ripped off.

I have been waiting to receive a part offed by a Member after paying for shipping since the beginning of March. It seems his E-mails are blocked so I thought I would do this post to reach him and to give him the benifit of the doubt. Has anyone else been through this with other members its not the amount its the thought of why this would happen at all.

Copy of E-mails:
After several E-mails and promises on your end and after receiving payment on the on 3/3 you still have not sent me my part. I'm not sure what is going on with you but I want to give you the benifit of the doubt. I want you to refund my payment sent to you via Pay-pal. I still do not understand why you offered the hose took my money and never sent the item.

[QUOTE=omitted]Will be shipped this weekend.

YW

Have A Great day

[QUOTE=Tampa 928s]I have sent you the $7.00 via Paypay, thanks for helping me with this.

Since the beginning of this March?

That's like 2 weeks ago. I don't think that's a long time, maybe he's got something going on at home. I'd give him more time.

I know who you are talking about, he's a very good guy, and he's had some medical problems as of late. Just be patient and keep emailing him.

Good luck on that one. All I ever got from PayPal was computerized responses...no action. I lost $675 a couple of years ago. Eventually, eBay reimbursed me about 1/3rd of the amount. Just because they're PayPal is not always an assurance. Lots of scams and PayPal is busy raking in the money.....about the only game in town kind of attitude. I like PayPal when it works.

I too know who are refering to. I have done business with him a couple of times to the tune of a few hundred dollars. I have had no problems with him at all. Its only been two weeks and you are talking about $7.00 not $700.00 . Give it a little more time, things will work out.

I have completed a number of purchases with him and no problems.
Maybe slow on the shipping sometimes so be patient.

Default Just to be fair

Several E-mails and promised shiping dates were given. I was very clear as to the time frames I needed this item or I would have gone in another direction. I did get the part from other sources and the money is not the issue at all. I just feel that trust from this community is very important. When I went to E-mail him this morning it said, e-mail are being blocked, I did not know what to think at that point. I just sent a Paypal dispute to refund my money, like I said its not the money. I have been dealing with Roger on a lot of parts and maybe thought that the same level of service lended it self through out this community. So I'm not trying to have sour grapes just as a small business owner I know how important communacation is. I sometimes have my customers panic over a bad handset cord they can buy at Radio Shack. I call them back and get it to them sometimes costing me more then it's worth, but maybe thats why I have lasted 25 years in business.

I too have had several transactions with him, and I would buy from him again although it took a little bit of time to get the parts. As others have stated, be patient, it will work out.
