Default Moda R10 18" wheels

Anyone has these installed on the 928?

Please post pics if you do. I am looking to pick up a set tomorrow for the SC.

Thanks...

235 and 265 are the TIRE sizes. It is important that the wheels have the correct offset - you gotta find that out to make sure you aren't wasting money on them.

This is from 928gt.com:

R10 Wheel Set - 18 x 8" Fronts ands 18 x 9" Rears

Elegant 7-spoke Italian styling
Unique replaceable stainless steel lip
Decorative rim badge and center cap included
Finish: Bright Sil w/Pol Stainless Lip

Recommended Tire Sizes: 225/40 Front & 265/35 Rear

Disclaimer: The front wheels are not the "optimun" offset for a 928, they will stick out farther on the front than normal, but will not rub if using recommended tire sizes and stock ride height.

My89 has rolled up fenders so 235 up front should not be a problem. Anyone has offsets on these rims? The rims/tires where on a Boxster and the owner later put them on his 996 after he got 19s for the Boxster. He just got some 19" rims for the 996 so I am getting a good deal on these (btw Outlier, its the same guy you got your 17s from :-)). The tires/rims has probably 5k miles on them.

pics of the Modas 18. Wife and I don't like them too much. I think I will refinish the Forgeline (since the rears are 12" wide) and sell these which are only 9" wide. What do you guys think?
