The offers have been much appreciated. I think I have it worked out now and hopefully will post good news by Wednesday 3/14/07. In the process of installing the IC the idle stabilizer, along with a bunch of other stuff, went off and on many times. The 22+ year old insulation on the wires of the ISV plug cracked and the wires touched, this fed back into the LH and it went into a default mode where it idles cold at 1000rpm, warm at 1500rpm and runs rich. Jim at 928 Int. was very helpful with the diagnosis and I appreciate his help. The wires that are most easily accessable will be shrink wrapped.

Default 85/86 LH update and kudos to Jim B.

This was my last post on the prior LH thread:

The LH is replaced and it works, thanks again for the offers and thanks again to Jim B.

Glad to hear it worked out.

I've merged your 'thank-you' thread with the original.

For future archive searches, please do follow-ups in the original thread rather than starting a new topic.

Thanks.
