Can the sunroof tracks be removed? I mean I know they can be, but doing a sunroof rebuild, with the 3 track screws removed do they just pull out? They seemed almost glued towards the rear. Are they attached to the cable tubes, or just sit in front of the tube openings? I would love to clean the whole track thoroughly, but the portion that sits back in the roof cavity seems pretty impossible!

You can remove the tracks relatively easy.
1)remove air diverter assy
2)remove front trim piece (w/the tiny screws)
3)remove screws from tracks (3 per side)
4)remove track by pulling up on the end towards the front, seperating from the glue. Then pull forward to remove from rear track from socket.

Reassemble tracks and front trim with RTV for a good seal.

When you say air diverter assembly, do you mean the wind deflector?
