Do you have any pictures of the bottoms of the A-pillars? The lower tips of mine are curling up where they sit on the dash, so if yours are still 'flat' there, I'd be a-biddin'....

My A pillars were curling up and I used a heat gun to soften them and then bent them down until they were properly shaped. Then I re-dyed them using SEM dye. Just a suggestion. Take it slowly and make little changes instead of one large change and you should be able to re-form them.
