Default They don't make them like this anymore! An eBay early 32V 5.0

My title came from wording found in the auction... how true!

I'm not a big fan of reserve auctions but for a questionable gasket / seal / electrical 32V 5.0 would this one be a good one to recommend to a newbie who's willing to put in a little sweat equity... but not put him in over his head? What do you think a good reserve price would be on this car? And does anyone think that's an original paint job? Looks like it's pretty complete with all of the accessories and books and a claimed one- or two-owner southern car (the CarFax backs up the claim of having two owners--the only questionable item is the lack of title reissuance once the lien was paid off).

Looks ok in the pics, has some promise... but ah the ever so mysterious comment....." the speedometer stopped functioning". Certainly has potential, but definitely a ppi canidate.

The paint looks original. I would guess the mileage is relatively close to accurate since the interior is in decent shape. I'd say it could be worth as much as 5K$ because overall, it doesn't look too bad. Just be willing to spend another $3K-$5K to get it back to 100%.

that paint doesn't look original to me....it appears to have overspray on the rubber...I'd want to see in person first....

If the VIN is correct, it should be an 86.5.
