Just opened a package of parts from 928 International including the "High tension " and "Firing order" decals. I'm disappointed to find the HT one is in a yellow vinyl and the firing order silver foil. I was expecting gold foil for both which I've seen on other '89s and I think is correct for my car.

The part numbers 964 701 163 00 and 928 006 105 03 respectively are what I ordered so I make no criticism of 928 Intl. Anybody know if the factory original gold foil ones are out there? The sets offered on e-bay a year or so ago no longer seem available and I believe they were not all correct anyway.

I believe the original factory decals are no longer available but there was someone on the list having a batch made up to replicate the OEM; perhaps they have a set left over.

Do a search, it wasn't that long ago IIRC.

There is a guy in Florida that sells the decal kits on eBay, I have seen a few kits and the decals are high quality. I don’t know if he has sets for the later years cars yet.

The new ones are all that is available from Porsche.
The guy in Florida is your best bet and he has the gold ones.

Yes they are replicas but so close in detail you cannot tell otherwise.
