Wierd HVAC blower-motor problem
Okay
I've had odd intermittant problems with my HVAC system. Basically when it gets moody nothing works at all....nada..nothing.....typically I check the blower fuse (its always fine) & jiggle the relay do the window fix (turn off the car and start it again) & it works.....so I changed the relay for a new one last month, thinking it was getting old & that was the problem?
Today its back to nada-nothin.....wiggle the new relay....& everything works?????
The setting motor has been making squeeking noises when it moves for a while now, so I checked it and sure enough it moves like its supposed to too, pretty slow though...I would say at least 3-5 seconds from full cold to full hot position (down vs up) squeeking the whole time....is this normal?? I sprayed a little lube on it and it is slightly quieter now.....
Any other ideas......
