Default Recirc flap-Blower + resistor fixed!!!!!

Rich tackled the recirc flap, new blower and resistor pack (with upgrade) this weekend....it went really well....

When I arrived at about 1pm Rich already had everything apart and ready to go back together (most of the hard work!)....we snapped in a new Recirc flap...lined up the actuating rod that moves the flap (tricky with the damm C clips).....put some silicone sealant around the housing and put it back in......tricky of course...but not that bad.....cleaned off the freeze switch probe (WYAIT) got he new reistor pack in (new style...had to remove pin 8 and switch pin 6 into pin 8 position).....tested it and it all works great.....put everything back together & spliced the old (cut) recirc vac line.....it all works good now!!

Gotta do mine next in a couple weeks!! :>)

Thanks for all the help Brian. Things definitely go back together faster than they come apart. Took us less than 3 hours to get everything in place, including re-installing and lining up the hood. We'll take care of Brian's car in a couple weeks.
