I have an embossed style of these decals; they are available in a variety of colors, and in versions for the early (78-86) and late (87-95) cars.
Our design for the early cars was redone recently and now fits perfectly.

I just bought some raised lettering from Nicole (www.hookedoncars.com) in black for my silver S4 and am looking forward to their delivery. In true professional form, she told me where I could find other letters that she didn't stock.

I got mine from Nicole and they are fantastic quality and look great.
Even if hookedoncars.com was not a sponsor, I would purchase from her again. Great stuff.

I got mine from Nicole last month. Took all of 10 minutes to install and really updated the *** of my apple bottomed beauty. A little expensive (about $70 shipped for both sets) but I didn;t want ot take a chance on getting junk from someone else.
I tried painting first, but it was had to get right. 3 hours of taping to do it right is not worth saving $70 in my book. Plus the raised letters look great.

Yep, Nicole is absolutely right. The painting is very difficult to get right. I guess if you had the steady hand of a pinstripe artist it would be OK. But for the average person I don't recomend it unless you don't want to spend the money on decals. Nicoles raised letters look nice. I am planning on getting those for my widebody after repaint. There is a cheaper alternative that is just a vinyl decal. This alternative is much cheaper but not as cool looking as the raised letters.

Dang Nicole I forgot about the rear raised lettering and planed on ordering them from you. Could have done it when I placed my order for the diecasts and the book yesterday.
Oh well, I placed an order for the raised lettering this morning. This thread pushed me over the edge.
Thanks,
