No, they are not cup wheels. In fact, I think they have stickers on them to look like CS (club sport) wheels. (Ad says they have black paint on them, but there are sticker kits available to do this)

They don't look like CS to me because the triangle is to pointy.

Actually, those are your standard front flat wheels. Jager use to sell a decal kit which gave the wheel the "club sport" look. These appear to be the same principle, but the owner used paint to create the 7 spoke look vs. a decal

A few years ago, there was a discussion regarding this topic. Some owners had their wheels machined giving it a true CS look.
