Question S4 parts in an early 32V block?

Can an '87 S4 rotating assembly (crank, con rods and pistons) fit into an '85-'86 32V block? Also, will the S4 heads bolt up to the early 32V block? If it does, what modifications are necesarry?

All works, no mods needed what so ever AFAIK.

You may have to use head bolts instead of the studs. Don't recall if they are long enough for the later S4 heads.
As Erkka stated, everything else is OK if you use the same tolerance pistons.
