Roger,

I am replacing just the fins, not the blocks. I see the washers your refering to, (Thanks Mike) But I hadnt removed any of the blocks i just snapped the fins back in while the block was still in place.

I wanted to thank Mike for sending me the spare set that he had. Ive installed these and it now looks good as new.
