good points aggrivation

I know the FAST kit isnt well regarded but you shouldnt put too much thought into what you read from one previous owner. Take it for what it is, one persons experience. Seems youve had good luck and I hope you can find what it will take to have a hybrid FAST/Murf kit. Although I woudlnt sell you a Kit sans compressor, they may, but i dont imagine you would save much. I would just buy the kit, remove the one you have, and sell the one on Ebay for $3000 or there abouts. I am sure some here would jump at that, and if not, theres always a sucker on Ebay.

Good Luck

AGGR, If Tim didn't get back to you, you must not have called him directly. He returns all calls. Try him again,he is extremely helpful.

No, I never corosponded with him directly, I used an email address for 928 motorsports and they said they would forward my request to him...

I may follow up on it soon, right now my 928 budget has been used up with a SharkTuner purchase but once I have the car running as well as it can the inevitable quest for 'more' will surely begin

Sometimes Carl is a little slow with things like that. Not Tim's fault. Good luck and are you gonna rent that Shark Tuner to reputable members of the list??? Wink wink!

Is Wade T Mark Robinson or maybe a close friend? Seems like he is taking Hackers opinions personally. But what do I know.

OT:

Why the hell are there so many "Marks" that sell things for 928's anyway? Anderson, Thomas, Robinson?

Cant some Joe's, or Dan's or Mike's come up with things to sell? How come only Mark;s?

Maybe the Mikes and joes of the world have 944's and 993's or something.

I always thought it was weird how there are so many well known Mark's in our world

Mark Robinson sending out e-mails to people stating it is well documented on Rennlist that Tim Murphy stole his design. Is that clear enough to understand?

I've seen the FAST kit and I have a MURF928 bracket on my car. I'm sorry, they have about as much in common as Rupaul and Catherine Zeta Jones. Sure they both have *****....that is where the similarity ends.

Did the early design brackets look similar? I know the Murf kit has been constantly evolving and improving over the years.
Since the 928 engine compartment is so crammed, thre are only a few diferent ways that an SC can be mounted. Is it possible that by default the two desings looked similar?
