I use Techron once a year or so on all my injected vehicles. I won't use it on a vehicle that may have a very old fuel filter, or on any vehicle where it will not be driven out in a week. I have used double concentrations, and I have run some through and let it stew overnight. I think full throttle operation is crucial to the process, so ''Pour it and floor it'' is my standard operating proceedure.

BTW, this stuff won't even make a dent in the kind of deposits you can see in old gas tanks. POR 15 has a product that is called marine clean that will eat right through that kind of gunk, but I have never used it on a plastic tank, and it is a tank out job.
