As much as I love 928 Int, they did send me a rather mangled example of this part when I was restoring my ex-86 (which the PO had apparently taken at least one unintentional off-road excursion with, maybe more). I had to bend it back into shape to get the holes lined up, and then spray-bomb it flat black to hide the scrapes. I did not complain, though, because that's gotta be one used part that is extremely rare to find undamaged!
And then it scraped on the AC belt at 70mph and scared the ******* out of me. I re-bent it some more and then ended up putting two 1/2" thick nylon spacers (from my junk bin) between the tray and the car on the passenger side mounting points to keep it away from the AC.

I have a new pan (from 928 int), inner fenderwells( got these from another supplier and one of them was cracked, so that is holding me up also) and a new front spoiler to install also, but I guess I need to get the ducting also, are there any hoses that go with that?
I got the install kit, so I thought I had every thing I needed, but there is more I need I guess.

The ducts are separate parts that are riveted (IIRC) to the under tray. The 928 international under tray has the NACA duct openings. But, the plastic ducts 'up' from there have to be cannibalized from a dead plastic under tray.

The stock ducts are metal, and could be fabricated, but they are a pretty tricky shape. If someone wanted to reverse engineer by "destroying" a pair, they could probably sell more than a few sets. I've got my pan off right now, I can take some pics tomorrow if someone needs to see what they look like.

I transferred mine off my old smashed up plastic pan to my new one. Just riveted the old ones on the new one. I also headed to lowe's for a ton of allen fasteners so it looks good when it scrapes the ground, and the bolts don't get quite as mangled.
