Default Looking for alignment shop near Los Angeles South Bay

I was referred to Johnson's alignment (Hawthorne Blvd near 190th), and while there were a few Porsches at the shop (no 928's) I do not believe they did the job currectly. 10K miles later the tires are wore out. I did go back at 3K as they were starting to wear but the owner said the front tires were under infated. I knew the tires were set at proper inflation and realized that either he didn't want or know how to deal with the issue. Haven't been able to find another shop (that didn't charge an arm and a leg). Has anyone found a good alignment shop (doesn't raise the front end) in the Los Angeles South Bay area?

I know, they are in the valley but a few on the Socal board and myself have had good results using them. I think I paid around $100 for my 4-wheel alignment and it was GREAT!

Go to Sears. They did a great job for me before the Pony Express ORR. Just take the factory wsm alignment pages with you to give to the alignment guy. Go early in the morning to get there first, talk to the guy doing the job. Cost me $99 with 6 month warranty. No problems at all.

I tried Sears and they said that they could not do it without raising the front end. Maybe I'll swing by there again.

Depends on what kind of alignement machine they have. Good idea to ask first.

I think what you want to find is a Sears with a Hunter 400. Thats what another thread here said.

My Ford mechanic has a Hunter 212, but I am not sure if they got around to checking my alignment or not. They are great guys, but tend to tell me the car is ready to pick up once whatever major or safety item is done when they need space.
