Insurance can't tell you what to buy with the money they pay you. You don't even have to fix the car. If you have a loan, the lender can specify what parts can or cannot be used on the car.

I suppose if 2 928s backed into each other it would look suspicious?

They are same as shown in two pictures in this thread. Sizes are 8x17" ET50 and 9x17" ET50. Could use polishing on outer edge, othervise ok. Owner is asking 800 euros or thereabouts for the set. Shipping might be expensive though.

I thought Strosek made these only in 18" - like the ones I have on my car? ET50 sucks though for the fronts - you will not be able to lower the car below standard ride height. Also, these wheels are actually 8.5 and 9.5 when you measure them between the outermost lips... OZ certainly were generous

The gullwing and scissor door kits are not available. Just the body pannels. If anyon is seriously interested, pm me. Once i get a few responses, i will talk to strosek again about group discounts, and check with randy/site admin.
Thanks
Hans

Same design but centers are not polished. 17" might be different width as I can't recal owner of them having any problems. Its easy enough to measure anyway. Its true ET50 is not ideal at front.
