Default adjusting flaps by radiator

Anyone know which control box actually moves the airflaps by the radiator is it the one on the passenger side with the round plug or the one on the drivers side that has two flat plugs.

A common "fix" for the flaps is to pull the fuse when the flaps are in the open position......that way they are open all the time....some people remove them all together.....since you live in Florida....its not like it gets that cold!
