18" sport classic ll wheels will they fit?
Hello: I have a 1987 928 s4 5spd and I am thinking about puting a set of 18" sport classic ll wheels on it. The sizes are 7.5 x18 offset 50 and 10x18 offset 65. I was wondering if these wheels will fit without any modifcations or spacers and what size tires should I use so I do not have any clearance problems. Thanks. Bob Doyle

Hi Bob and welcome.
Do a search for the correct wheel offsets on this forum.
They will probably fit but better to check.
I am sure someone else with more knowledge than myself will chime in.
Great choice of wheel and they will look very sharp on your shark.
The ones in the pic are not SC II but close.

Hello...
I have those wheels with the same sizes/offsets on my 88. I'm running PS2s with 225/ 40 in the front and 265/35 rear. They fit great. I have just enough room to slide my finger between the rear tires and fender.
The front center caps stick out about 3-4mm and will not lock in place becouse of the dust caps stick out too far.
I've ordered some 1/4 spacers for the front, to try to solve the problem, just haven't got around to putting them on yet
Click my avitar, and search my post and you'll see some pics...
Good luck
Parker.

Thank you Roger and Parker for your input. Parker I was wondering if you had to use spacers for the rear wheels and have you experianced any handling problems Because of the offset on the front wheels

Sorry man I can't say for sure if the rears have spacers or not. I want to say that the wheels fit too perfect NOT to have a spacer??
If nobody else chimes in, give Wheel Enhancement a call, they're always pretty helpful...I'll look when I put my front spacers on, but that might be a couple days.
The fronts handle like they should, no issues at all.
