Pretty silly. This isn't just another place to place a free ad for a 928 for sale.
The rennlist 928 board has some of the greatest people who would bend over backwards for another 928er in a minute. I know I would. Many people here have helped me: Dave C, Rick3452, Rixter, Roger, Don T, Tom Falkenberg (and others on rte 81), Dave and Jeannie Roberts, and many others.
Most of the people here have important contributions to the restoration and ownership of a 928, and I for one probably wouldn't own one without this community of support.
Being part of this community is a privelege, not a right.

p.s. thanks all for the support.

You have never seen my 1986 928. Every time I post you come back with “speedo gear is broken, needs $10,000.00 worth of work, the dash is cracked, you will never get $14,000.00 for it”. It has 38,000 ORIGINAL miles on it. When I bought it I did a carfax and it all checks out. I have all the service records. I had the opportunity to buy my friends 996 turbo and I needed to sell the 928 AND 996. After giving some thought I am going to keep the 928 and my 996 instead. Its things like this (Official 5 speed snob: no automatics here!!! Who needs kickdown when you have a stick!!!) that **** people off. To me the 928 (with an auto) is the best curser on the road and the 996 (with a 6 speed is a true sports car.)STOP BASHING EVERY POST!!!!!!!!!!! That is just my opinion.

Hope you get banned and go and play in your own little world.
If your Odo is broken then the mileage is not original or don't you drive it.
Why are you such a touchy person and where did your diatribe come from as I never saw anything that justified it.
And as for "(Official 5 speed snob: no automatics here!!! Who needs kickdown when you have a stick!!!)". Never seen anything remotely come close to that statement and I'm a Auto snob.

There is a reason you got bashed for posting your car for sale...
You need to read the rules, which clearly state that you have to be a "Paying" member to post for sale ads...

Roger is a gentleman and an asset to the 928 scene.
Shoot, I didn't mean to be mean to lard dog. How he threw his car up for sale here was pretty arrogant. Is $16 so hard to come by? We all know that a good 928 for sale is rare and valuable to the enthusiast.
p.s. I have had several 928 autos and they were all great. My joke is aimed at someone else anyway.
