Got some new tires on the car today and got a good look at my suspension.
The upper A arm balljoints and the outer tie rod ens all seem to have broken rubber boots.

What is involved in changing all this before it gets worse? The shop owner told me to be scared that the tie rods could snp off...?

It does not seem worn out, but that is probably just a matter of time with the boot gone.
