passenger side seat

I am a new owner and im trying to iron out some issues. tonight it's the passenger side electric seat on my 89. The previous owner gave me cable that conncects to the seat. The problem is I dont know where it is supposed to connect to on the other side. the cable is about 24 inches long. Can someone help me.

Tell us which quadrant on either of the two seat switches doesn't work. That may help us help you identify the cable.

24" long?
most likely this will tie into the main seat harness, should come across from drv side and plug into a block mounted to the chassis

rixter your right, that is exactly the cable I have the question on. So it connects to some point on around the center console is that correct?

Underneath the seat right in the middle - car side connector is attached to chassis

connector longways is side to side in the car. if you loosen the seat and remove rear bolts you can tip seat forward & install without removing the seat
