Everything is for sale, what is considered a reasonable price though? I don't think the owner would consider anything under six figures.

He also ownes an Amazon Green 91' C4 with a few upgrades...

Great car.
Some of the earlier 94 models still used the C2 style wheels

Any update on this unbelievably beautiful 928? What a beautiful car! Is this the "best" 928 ever produced?

I'm still saving for that one, but haven't gotten very far. Hopefully, some day my financial abilities and the selling price will meet. I doubt it, though...

We see it for the odd little glitch, it doesn't get driven very much. It's much closer to being in showroom condition now than when we first saw it. The owner just got his Audi R8 and a new Bentley so it's not the first one to be taken out of the garage.

I might be able to arrange a viewing if you make it down here Harvey. The owner wants us to take it to some shows. He doesn't have the time.

I won't say it's the best but it did take some of the shine off of our 27k mile 1 owner 95' GTS 5-speed. I get nervous driving it around the block to bring it into the shop.

Yes, they are not overlays - maybe another reason why these options were about 20x as much as the Jager pieces. Yep - about TWENTY times. Or more. I dion't have the exact US prices for these options.

Aw... yes, I do! Thanks for the reminder! I did not mean to step on your toes...
Just read thru this thread for the first time. WOW What a car!!!

Anyway, some in the thread have asked what some of those options cost, back then.

Here is a list of some of the Exclusive options' MSRP for 1990 MY. Hopefully, it will provide a data point for relative costs for later MY's.

This list was in the paperwork that was included when I picked up the 1990 S4. I bought the car in 1998 and sold it a few years later. I didn't have a scanner at the time, so I re-entered the list in an email and sent it to Phil Tong to post at his site - 928s4vr.com.

I'll take it if it ever goes on the market... I don't have a '93 GTS or a green 928 at all! I think I really need one!

Paul,

The cost of P-car options is OUTRAGEOUS! The other problem is damn near everything IS an option! Oh, you wanted WHEELS with your new Porsche, well that will be $1500, unless you want the nice ones! OMG! Just freakin' CRAZY!

Actually it is for sale but if you need to ask the price, you know the deal...

It could probably be bought for slightly less than six figures...very slightly less than six figures. Since meeting us he has not been using it to run around town anymore, it's pretty much stored in a bubble. He knew he had something special but he had no idea just how special.

Dave that is actually a very good price. If I had the $$ I would buy it, clean it up to rediculous levels and find a collector for it. Should bring over six figures considering what other recent GTS'S have sold for.
