That Caro conversion might look a lot better if it had a Speedster-style soft top instead of the beehive thing they show.
Keith Widom (928ntslow username on Rennlist) had a rolling cab conversion for sale a month or two ago. It was headed with them to Portland last I heard. If one happened to be looking for a cab project, it would be a great place to start. A damaged pre-S4 donor car would be needed, and they are around, usually for not much.

So I think the spyderwerks is hands down the prettiest of the lot.
But the downside it doesn't look like a 928.
I wonder if it would be possible for them to just do the back end and top and leave the front end and doors (other than cutting the window frame) and dash/interior pretty much stock. How do you think that'd look? Sure, you'd lose the classic 928 bubble butt, but it'd still mostly look like a 928. And the 928 rear never looks right with a chop top anyways.
Has anyone here even seen a spyderwerks in real life? Are they really building cars? I've seen the auction video, but I've never even heard of any other cars out there.

Huge effort though and it seemed to be well contructed.
