Default Headliner Screws

Ok.. so I was washing the car today and started poking around the interior more than before and started noticing it looks like someone when through and removed just about every possible screw they could find to take the headliner down. It was this was in the doors as well.. Wehre I happened to find some wonderfully Broken plastics I hadn't noticed before along with the fact that whomever removed the clock from the Dash did such a great job of screwing a metal plate in they have ruined the center console..

Why did I buy this car again?! Oh yeah.. it is mech. sound from best I can tell even after today's excursion into it's depths.. SO.. what kind of screws am I looking for guys? This is my project car and want to try and get it cleaned up and looking sharp..
